Microneedling — also known as collagen induction therapy — uses fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. The skin's own repair response does the rest: collagen and elastin production increases, skin remodels from within, and concerns that sit in the deeper layers of the dermis become addressable in a way that surface treatments cannot reach.
What people seek support with:
Fine lines, wrinkles and loss of firmness
Acne scarring and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
Uneven skin tone, melasma and sun damage
Enlarged pores and skin texture
Overall skin rejuvenation and radiance
How it works:
Microneedling targets the dermis, creating micro-trauma that stimulate the body's natural healing processes without significant damage to the epidermis — promoting collagen synthesis and skin remodelling.
Each session is built around your specific concern. Following microneedling, a targeted mesotherapy cocktail is applied — formulated to address either pigmentation and uneven tone, deep hydration and firming, or intensive lifting and anti-wrinkle action, depending on what your skin needs most. A concern-specific mask, followed by a barrier-supporting moisturiser to complete the treatment.
LED light therapy is included in every session. Applied immediately after microneedling, it works with the skin's inflammatory response rather than against it — calming redness, supporting cellular regeneration and enhancing the repair process already underway.
To support skin health from the inside out, acupuncture points — facial, auricular or both — are incorporated into every session, addressing the internal patterns that influence how your skin functions and heals.

What to expect:
Sessions are 90 minutes. Décolletage add-on available — +£10 | +10 minutes
Most people notice improved texture and radiance within days of their first session, with deeper structural changes — scarring, pigmentation, firmness — developing progressively over the course.
A course of 4 to 6 sessions, spaced every 4 to 6 weeks, produces the most significant and lasting results. This interval allows the skin to complete each collagen remodelling cycle fully before the next session builds on it. Maintenance treatments every 3 to 6 months sustain what the course establishes.
Results build. Each session works with what the last one started.
